14.How to charge the battery?

You can set up fixed location for return and each location is equipped with charging port. When returned, the scooter must be connected with charger. Otherwise, the rental will not stop and still calculate the cost. So user will be forced to charge for you. we have swappable battery, one worker can take 50 batteries to replace.

15.How to protect scooters from being stolen?

We have GPS Tracking system and each scooter is built-in a GPS tracking device that is powered by battery inside scooter. Once the scooter is lost, the tracking platform can show its location and you can find it back.

16.Why have to send Gofunow the Micro Sim Card?

1. Our scooter is designed for waterproof, especially the head cover. SIM Card is put inside the head cover and closed by ultrasonic sealing which is waterproof. There is a risk of being damaged if people open the IOT box without right tool or proper guidance.

2. We put your local SIM Card into our iOT module and test it with our devices. To make sure it can work with our server without any problem, so that it can work well at your end.

3. Micro SIM card needs to be provided by customers for each IOT module in bulk. It takes time and skills to do assembly, customers would be happy to let us factory do the job.

4. SIM card must be activated with global roaming and comes with APN code. APN is "access point of name", must be provided by your 2G/4G network operator.
